Website privacy notice

Who this notice is for

This notice applies to the HapMetrix marketing website and founding-offer enquiries. It is separate from the HapMetrix service privacy notice shown to people using the application. The service notice explains the different responsibilities for account data and for client and case data held in the app.

Who controls this data

NovaLattix Ltd is the controller for website and founding-offer enquiry data. NovaLattix Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office under reference ZC211422. You can contact us at privacy@novalattix.com.

What we collect and why

When you ask about the founding offer, we collect your name, work email address, role and any optional information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your enquiry, explain the offer and understand the kinds of practices interested in HapMetrix.

We also receive limited technical information normally supplied when a website is visited, such as IP address, browser type and pages requested. We use this to operate, secure and improve the website.

Our lawful basis

We use your details to take steps at your request before entering an agreement, and for our legitimate interests in operating a secure website and developing HapMetrix responsibly. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising profiles.

How long we keep it

We retain a founding-offer enquiry while it is relevant and reasonable follow-up is ongoing, then delete or anonymise it. You can ask us to remove your enquiry at any time by emailing the address above.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your website data, or object to or restrict certain processing. You may also complain to the ICO. Contact us first at privacy@novalattix.com and we will respond within the applicable timeframe.

We may update this notice as the website and founding offer develop. The effective date at the top will show when it was last changed.
